Bin Box Rails Assembly
1. Two men should position the rail so it is level, then slide it into the upright slots.
2. Now using a rubber mallet, or your hand, or whatever, tap the top of the rail lightly so the teeth on the bracket slide down to the bottom of the slots in the upright.
